Biography: A time-traveler from the future, Lt. Lightspeed is a member of the Anti-Robot Corp, an organization devoted to fighting artificial intelligences. Lightspeed wields a pair of Nova MK-88 "Bot-Buster" guns. The guns fire ionized projectiles designed specifically for taking out robots.
Name: Mr. Boss
Biography: The owner and president of the All-Star Hero Agency, Mr. Boss is the man behind most of Fluxington's superheroes. It's his responsibility to find work for the town's super-powered community. He's tough, but fair, and expects nothing but the best from his clients. Mr. Boss is always accompanied by his twin bodyguards, Walt and Walt.
Name: Vera
Biography: The sharp-tongued receptionist at the All-Star Hero Agency. Vera has seen every superpower imaginable, and nothing impresses her anymore. Even Terrificman cowers before her acid tongue and disdainful glare.
Name: Chief Turkle
Biography: Turkle is the Chief of Police for Fluxington. He's not shy about expressing his hated of superheroes, who he sees as being at best, a nuisance, and at worst, vigilante law-breakers. When faced when a supervillian-level threat, he will VERY reluctantly accept the assistance of the superheroes.

Superpowers: High-tech weaponry
Biography: Fluxington's newest superhero, Commander Awesome is a "freelance" hero. He doesn't work for the All-Star Hero Agency, which makes him a bit of a loose cannon. His origins and background are not currently known.
Name: Muffy Spritzer
Biography: Muffy works as a reporter for Channel 2 news. Her primary beat is covering the super-powered community. Her extremely biased anti-superhero opinions tend to creep into her journalistic work.
Name: Herotus the Crafter
Superpowers: Sorcery
Biography: Herotus hails from another world, where he lived for hundreds of years, creating all manner of magical items and weapons. His greatest weapons were two magical gauntlets called the Right and Left Fists of Herotus. The Left Fist is currently worn by Mr. Fister. The whereabouts of the Right Fist are unknown.
Name: Grunt and Snort
Superpowers: Sorcery
Biography: Grunt and Snort are Herotus’ ever-faithful assistants and apprentices. They speak in a serious of grunts and snorts unintelligible to anyone except each other.
